a record of the life and times here at the phillips pottery in abilene, texas.
I am so digging my new online pottery class!! I'll have to buy a mug from you when I get paid :) Thanks a bunch for doing this, it helped a lot. I spent all day throwing mugs after I tore my coil pot apart. Now I can put handles on them tomorrow. I like the fat handles too. I saw Linda Christensen make them at Arrowmont but was distracted by a story she was telling and forgot what she did. Thanks again, I'll put some pics up after I get some mugs finished.
Sweet.(Note to self: Fatter handles.)
Thanks for the video lesson--it was great! Gay
i liked your videos... i was watching and my daughter joined me. she wanted to watch the handle one over and over, must be the lack of tv or maybe 'cause i don't pull my handles while their on the cup. she was dancing to the music in the background too.
You're that man. How about some commentary.
That was really fun to watch! What a great idea to feature these mini lessons on your blog! And thanks again for all the great advice you gave me the other day. I have a lot to think about now. Is there any way I can subscribe to your posts using my google reader? I am still such a novice with this whole internet thingy. Thanks for all of your outstanding efforts (blog, pots, et al)!Carter
